Introduction
With the emergence of the Internet and the extent of its use on a massive scale in the region during the last few decades, new threats and ways to commit crimes over the internet have emerged. In order to support the States of the world, along with providing a safe and secure environment to the citizens of the state, the governments of most of the states have developed strategies for fighting against cybercrime.
