Introduction

The test of Myers Briggs or MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) test is probably the most widely known personality indicator test and used in the United States. The basic principle is that if people have different ways of perceiving external reality, relate differently about themselves and judge the world around them differently. As a result, may have many differences in their reactions, their interests, their values ??and their needs. This creates also the motivation of the individual in what he does, as well as personal preferences in making one thing rather than another (Knights, 2012).

The Myers-Briggs personality divides into four different areas, each divided into two types:

How a person relates to others [Extraversion (E) - Introversion (I)]

As a person acquires information [Sense (S) - Intuition (N)]

As a person makes decisions [Thinking (T) - Try (F)]

As a person directs his life [Judging (J) - Perceiving (P)]

The test result does not indicate a positive or negative value, but only a more complete picture of the person. The MBTI is an instrument of self-analysis, not evaluative, and only a good knowledge of them can provide a good perception of reality.

There are 16 possible different results, depending on how they combine the 4 indices. My result was ESFJ. I am a Seller, who is most sociable of all types. Nurturer of harmony, outstanding host or hostesses, I am 12.3% of the total population. This study is a complete analysis of my personality test and discussion on my personal personality findings.

Discussion

ESFJ is one type indicator from 16 other personality types; they are Guardian and Conservative Suppliers. They have;

Feeling extraverted

Feeling introverted

Intuition Extraverted

Thought-introvert

Through this it has been analyzed that people like me are, attentive vigilant and protective of others, never let down their guard against possible dangers that are quick to defend people they love. ESFJ' do not trust much of the goodness or desirability of possible eventualities, and therefore prefer to take every precaution to ensure the safety and stability of you and yours.

Being the strongest personal attention, my personality feels very comfortable in any family relationship, academic or work where people behave in a warm, friendly and sensitive manner. In fact, looking always convert all relationships, including academic or employment relationship as intimate and warm friendship possible, and feel very well using this platform for relationship and personal attention to thrive in their objectives, much better than relying on individual achievement and / or intellectuals in these fields. People like me, need clear and certain rules from the authority, which costs them less effort and still admire the higher conventionally popular recognition, to feel secure with my projects (Degregorio, 2007).

One of the good qualities that I possess includes; I am very early acquirer of responsibilities for the feelings and welfare of others and strive to help people to whom I care about. It is not uncommon that belong to clubs and charities especially if ESFJ's have explicit social recognition.
