My Philosophy and Vision of Educational Leadership

Introduction

The process of guiding and enlisting the energies of the pupils, teachers and parents towards the achievement of the common educational aims is called educational leadership. Today most of the universities are offering educational leadership program (Cunningham,& Cordeiro, 2003). The term educational leadership is used for describing the programs beyond the schools. In this essay I will discuss that how taking the lead role in mentoring the students and the students is important and why I am comfortable taking a lead role in mentoring.
