Introduction

This research paper answers the questions about my company. The first question is about the stressor employees present in my company, the second question focuses on work teams of my company, the third question is asked about the determination of my company's approach towards leader ship and the fourth question is about the interpersonal conflicts raised in the company.

Answer to Question No.1

Stress at work has both a negative impact on employees' health but also on the progress of the company. Increased stress at work ends up creating emotional and financial problems for employees and their managers. The factors that cause stress at work are many and evolve along with the world of work. There are many work stressors in the organization however some stressors that are prevalent in our company are work overload, fear of being fired, and conflicts between employees in terms of growth. It is important to know the stressors clearly because they help to identify which may be present in the company. The diagnostic phase, the proposed approach for the prevention of work-related stress, can evaluate and measure precisely to implement appropriate preventive measures.

Two possible recommendations for reducing this kind of stress are to distribute work equally among employees working at the same level. In this manner, particular employees would not feel burdened with workload. Second, in terms the fear that employees are going to be fired because of performance, the company should introduce a balanced evaluation system and should offer bonuses on good performance. In this way, there would be no conflict among the employees in terms of growth. (Karasek, 2011)

Answer to Question No.2

For a successful team, the things that would be considered in my company would first include experience. It is important to include experienced professionals in the team so that they can help the less experienced members of the team and a cooperative environment is created. Second, I would choose members who have good problem solving abilities. In any project, problems are inevitable and they would always occur. For a team to be successful, some of the members must have the quality to solve problems quickly so that other members follow them and they impact results toward positivity.
