Motivational Action Plan

Introduction

Being a manager of Riordan Manufacturing, I have currently overseen a range of evaluation of two employees, namely, LaKetia Jones and Sharon Marell. The outcomes of the appraisals offers a variety of traits and characteristics that each of the employee have. Currently, information gained from the assessment that I obtained used to put together in an employee portfolio in order to serve to boost the motivational level of both employees. In this paper, motivation strategies and theories are identified to boost the morale and job motivation of each employee.

This action plan also provides intrinsic motivation (verbal work acknowledgement) that Ms. Jones performs. Such actions will help Ms. Jones in keeping encouraged and motivated so that she can strive for greater success in her career.

Along with self-determining theory, Jones also able to participate in ...
