Introduction

According to (Edward, 2004) there is no effective way of motivation. “It is the teacher who teaches its not the student who learns.” Creating condition is which an individual is motivated itself is much better rather than asking how to motivate students or how to create a better learning environment using motivation as a tool. Giving positive feedback to those students who are performing well enhances the productivity of student in the class room and it can ensure students opportunity by assigning some task which is neither easy nor difficult. Helping students is just a method of finding the value in the material and also creating a positive environment. During class helping students and also making them feel that students are the learning and most valued member of a learning community.Learning activities should be created which should be based on the topic and are much similar to the life of the students.

According to the (Dweck, 2006) a student who has fixed intelligence will decline the motivation of students to learn further hence many of the students who are bright and hard worker takes the decision of retirement. If students feel that they have independence in the process of learning and then the level of motivation declines when in the class structure the students have no vice. Teaching with events in the news, cell phones and videos to teach or to connect with the culture of students is an aspect of interior motivation through which students can be motivated. Student should be provided choices so that there is increased motivation in students. Student should be given some difficult task slightly above than the current level of ability.
