Discussion

Nursing is a profession, whose role is to take care of people.I want to practice in Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (Recovery Ward) in hospital, because the nature of this work reflects both the performance of medical prescriptions and performance of tasks clearly defined and assigned according to the competence of a nurse. A nurse in post anesthetics unit may require monitoring of the patient during anesthesia on the express condition to stay close and be able to intervene without delay (Sung Yang, 2010, pp. 511-514). The anesthetist must be informed immediately and the occurrence of any abnormality. It contributes to the achievement of locoregional anesthesia. He is authorized to practice reinjection through the system put in place by the anesthesiologist, following prescriptions written for it.

Care is Self-help and for society it is one of the necessary services. It deals with healthy and sick people of all ages. Care provides aid to maintain, modify or restore the physical, psychological and social functions and activities of life. It is an identifiable discipline within an area of ??knowledge and skill, which distinguishes it from other fields of health care.  Nursing is a profession and part of the health service for the determination of long-term care, planning and evaluation of care and is responsible for their own education, training and continuing education Jill &White, 1995, pp. 73-86).

My vision for nursing is to ensure service that remains committed to health and well-being for the members of the community and that responds to the needs of individuals throughout the life ...
