Introduction

In each society, there are conditions for different law and orders, maintenance of law and orders, disciplines, politics, and some other factors related to rules and regulations of society which are of keen interest of public. These activities and functions are counted in public administration. Politicians mainly set the decisions of the political system. Technology is bringing new revolutions with many risks associated with it. The role of middlemen cannot be ignored in any IT organization because middlemen bring additional values to many Information Technology organizations.

Middlemen are the professionals who perform distinct jobs related to marketing which involve various functions such as sales and purchase of goods, as goods are transferred from manufacturers to customers. The question is what the position of middleman in marketing strategies is and how he perform all the tasks within proper time frame. There are no restrictions for the middlemen to follow any rule and regulations related to marketing. They may perform their work alone as well as with their partners and with co operative and non cooperative organizations. If we take example of middlemen in the field of agriculture then there may be three to four middlemen such as Merchant middlemen (who can serve as a retailer and wholesalers), agent middlemen (who are brokers and agents, and commission men), processors and manufacturers, and speculative middlemen.

Middlemen have key roles which they have to produce time to time in delivering market values to the processor. Any changes brought in customer's pyschology, demography, media habit and entrance of new choices of customers with the enrtry of new competitor and rivals by the introduction of new brands.
