Recommendation

In my opinion, the main problem related to New York City Fiscal Crisis is the over reliance of city's expenditures on short term debt. The city is confronted with enormous disparities between its expenses and revenues, which in turn, is getting translated in to a fiscal crisis. I suggest following the recommendations for the reducing the impact of New York City Fiscal Crisis:
