My Audience

The most specific community to my memo would be the most senior employees of the company. By seniority I do not mean age but the tenure of employee in the organization senior employees are the one who Share Company values more deeply and therefore are the best one to do this repairing work. Similarly senior employees usually have better reputation among other employees .Therefore they have better chance to make employees solve the issues discussed in the memo.
