1. What is meditation and what is it intended to accomplish.

Meditation is one of the Five Principles of Yoga. It needs persons to aim individuals' brain at one issue and make individuals' brain still in alignment to see the self'. Through meditation, persons will accomplish a larger sense of reason and power of will. It furthermore assists persons accomplish a coherent brain, advance individuals' engrossment, and find out the wisdom and tranquility inside individuals (Austin, 1998).

Because meditation is the master key to inner peace, grandeur and evolution, as human beings, souls and spirit. Also, meditation is a vast subject, which developed, over the years from a wide variety of religions and traditions, but the basic character of meditation, taken from one of two ways. The first way to learn everything about the discovery of the nature of existence, the second concerning the communication with the external or universal concept of God (Baer, 2003).

Meditation is the method by which we understand, and we understand mental functioning, in order to control it more easily. It also wisdom and inner union with the universe vibrational. When our thoughts scatter in different directions, the energy gets wasted, but with meditation and we tend to focus more easily focus on what we want.

The unconscious can be divided into 3 parts, the lower mind having to do with coordination and action of several of the movements of our body like breathing, blood circulation, and control of the abdominal organs. It is also the area of mind where emergencies arise where complex instinctive, phobias, fears and obsessions manifest.

The average mind is what gives us the data that we use during our time awake, which he compares, analyzes, draws conclusions in relation to data from outside, is the mind that gives us solutions and allows us to read and be aware of its meaning.

The higher mind or super conscious is the source of intuition, inspiration, mind you give us transcendent states, is the mind of deep knowledge (Austin, 1998). Another part is the subconscious mind is where we have collective memories of our evolutionary past, and our archetype is part of the mind that we relate to other human beings that are our common past.

Behind all this is our true selves our true mind, some assume that our center is our ego mind but this is just another part of our mind, is the true self that illuminates even the ego. So when we meditate what we allow it to be able to bring our awareness to different parts of our mind.

What it intends to accomplish

Meditation aims to accomplish the inner revolution which freedom and the only way to ensure that we pass through this inner revolution are open for meditation. Meditation simply means learning to forget everything you learned. It is a process of reconditioning.
