It can be because of the lack of resources to get to the health care centers. Other than this, there can be other fatal diseases that are causing the community or the society to suffer from the unhealthy situations which ultimately have the impact on their health. Many of the disabilities are related to the mental illness and homeless migrants who are suffering from the disabilities.

The health related problems that exist at the national level are related to the behavioral health, homelss, smoking, pollution risk, mental illness, substance abuse, overweight and heart related diseases. Diagnoses of Mental illness is explained by the (HCUP) Healthcare Costs and Utilization Project Clinical's Classifications Software (CCS) intended for ICD-9-CM (HCUP, 2013).
