In this report, the case of the Growths has been analysed and evaluated. The case was based on the medical emergency in the flight, where the captain of the flight delivered an appropriate and practical emergency response plan through the coordination with the expert physicians. The whole case is systematically analysed using crisis management and its three phases, and emergency response plan of the flight captain to deal with the aroused medical emergency. Lastly, a recommendation for the decision taken by the flight captain has been made, and the company has been presented with possible solution to the current problem.

Introduction
This report is aimed to provide a critical evaluation of the present case study, which is related to the medical emergency situation in an airline. It will aim to identify the acquired decision-making criteria and the appropriateness of the implication of crisis management model. In addition, the implemented decisions will also be assessed along with the possible alternatives to resolve the medical emergency crisis will also be evaluated and proposed. Lastly, a critical reflection to the whole case study, the alternative solutions, and the leaps in the implemented decisions will be stated, in which ethical aspects of the decision making relevant to the current case study will also be addressed.
Background
Most of the airline corporations have specially trained cabin crew members, who are trained to provide the basic first aid to the passengers onboard in case of any medical emergency. These cabin crew members are also provided with the first-aid box and also with the emergency kit of drugs or medicine, as all of the aircrafts are equipped with all these basic facilities to cope with any medical emergency during the flight. However, the medical equipments and medicines, which are beyond the expertise of the trained crew members, are limited in its usage to the doctors or nurses.
