The aim and objective of this assignment is to create a marketing plan for a restaurant business which provides spice and beverage products. The name of the restaurant is Foodies which has its own distinct product of a beverage. The beverage is served complimentary after having any full course meal. The restaurant also provides other products such as sandwiches, spicy burgers and other snacks. In the following paragraphs, an integrated marketing plan along with the marketing strategy has been discussed and analyzed to establish the new business as a successful restaurant in the industry.

The Product

The foodies will offer numerous spicy snacks and beverages to the consumers who want to eat a healthy food in congenial environment. The products of the restaurant are made keeping in view the dietary requirements of the health conscious people. People who really care about their diet plan and do not want to indulge in unhealthy diet can come to foodies and enjoy with their friends a happy and splendid time while having quality food. The primary characteristics of the products offered at foodies is the sumptuous and tasty snack along with the special beverage of the restaurant which is provided complimentary to the customers after having a meal at the restaurant.

The Service

The foodies aim to provide a pleasant environment of dining to their consumers in the restaurant. The service of the restaurant for example cleanliness, hygiene and serving time would be exemplary and better than other competitors in the restaurant industry. Consumers can enjoy quality time with their friends and family members in the restaurant. The atmosphere will be sparkling with the background music; soft and melodious tunes will enthrall the atmosphere and allow the consumers to spend more time there.

Target Market

Segmentation approach will be used to reach targeted customers. Main target market for the foodies will be youngsters who are more oriented towards socializing. Youngsters and teenagers between the ages of 13-30 years will be targeted. In addition to that, female age between 15-30 years will also be targeted who like to socialize with their friends and family members.

Expansion into product line

The service and product can be further expanded in the second phase of the marketing plan. The restaurant intends to introduce products in the product line and increase its depth. More products can be added such as ice cream, desserts and chocolates to allow consumers to enjoy having all their favorite products under one roof.

Possible changes in the market/industry

There is a possibility of change in the market environment in which the foodies is operating, therefore, the restaurant business has to get ready to give response to any potential and significant change from the industry. It can pose multitude of problems for the new business like foodies. It has to adapt according to the market conditions of the business.
