Introduction

The following paper is based on the Customer Relationship Management software marketing plan. The structure of the paper is based on the objectives of the plan, introduction of the target markets, budgeting, the campaign management is highlighted and evaluation of the plan. Further moving on, the image of the software is given in the appendix and on the basis of that, key features of the software is mentioned and also the benefits that the software will provide to the organization.

Introduction of Software

The CRM software selected is the Commence RM 4.0. The best thing about RM 4.0 version is that it is based on the most modern user interface. In relation to this, the software has been designed and enhanced using the Microsoft Office 2007 ribbon style, which is actually becoming the standard in CRM software industry. The reason for using the Office 2007 ribbon style is that it is easy to use because people are familiar while working with the Office 2007 and also it is much faster in accessing the commands, which also make it easier to commence and learn.

Useful for Company's database

Commence RM 4.0 version is very much useful in securing the company database because additional portals provided by the software that available of the dashboard to provide a quick access to the contact list and also the profiles captured via the interface established with the social networking websites. Commence understand that the social networking sites becoming very much popular and also an integral part of the communication channel like sales, marketing or even in the customer service segment. Therefore, the software provided direct link to the linkedIn and Twitter, which are the two fastest growing social networking sites in terms of professional usage (Commence, 2013).

Similarly, in collaboration with Google, it offered a web based application for managing and handling the web based calendar appointments, contacts and tasks. Therefore, for this purpose, Commence RM 4.0 included the synchronization with the Google web based application and this synchronization enables the web browser to access the calendar entries and contacts, whereas, the web browser will also be compatible with the different devices like smart phones and the ipads (Commence, 2011).

Hardware requirements are simple that required for a normal pc because the software designed by Commence CRM is very much user friendly and it would not be hustle for the employees to learn and to work on the software easily. Therefore, there is no as such demand of the special hardware; it would work on the normal system.
