Executive Summary

The indoor sports complex (ISC), one of Connecticut's largest sports arenas was established in early 2010. This versatile arena had been specifically developed to accommodate almost any sport with is large playing area. It provides a range of exciting and fun filled activities for both families as well as athletes of all kind.

Today, it operates in Torrington, CT as well as Norwich CT, offering facilities that not only offers a safe but also a fun filled playing atmosphere. Some of the most popular activities offered here include soccer, volleyball, flag football, lacrosse and field hockey. (Trimbull Sports Zone, 2011)

This Marketing Plan has been developed to analyze the current situation of Indoor Sports Complex while at the same time help inform the people about the existing range of recreational sporting facilities being offered by ISC.

The ISC believes that exercise tends to be more enjoyable and effective when it is done recreationally. Moreover, the socially active culture maintained at the Indoor Sporting Complex should be enough to create more opportunities for customers to come and exercise with their friends.
