Introduction

The business

Pink Touch is a newly introduced cosmetic company. This company is 100% hold by John Brunner, the founder of the company. The board of the company consisted of 10 members. The founder has almosr55 years of experience in this industry through working at the senior management positions with major companies in this area.

The main office of the company is located in Michigan. The space leased for office is enough for the staff planned for the first few starting years of the company.

Throughout the first year to the fifth year we will expect grow from ten to sixty five head count. We consider our plan presents a controlled and traditional rise up of our personnel (Wood, 2011).

Our Products

Our company is planned to develop and produce skin and body care products according to our contract facilities in California and France. Production related to attire products will be maintained through a deal with a producer of eminence accessories related to sports which includes: hats, bags, socks, and totes the extensive whole sale market (Wood, 2011).

Pink touch will have two main product lines that are fitness attire and skin care. In the classification of skin care line, company will offer a broad range of products which includes cleansing cream, eye makeup removers, masks and facial scrubs, and body lotions. In the line of attire products, company will offer products such as shorts, and tights, plus cotton and polyester tops.

The pricing strategy that our company will follow is to place our products with a shelf price. These prices are the mid to lower quadrant of elevated quality brands and products. This have made achievable through adjustment in our packaging size and vigilant market comparison.

Company believes in our capability to generate future product opportunities and our growth and development will merely be limited through our imagination and our capabilities use to catch the attention of talented people who recognize the idea of branding v.

Market Orientation

Pink touch will expect to take on an exceptional market position. There is no other brand that offers a forte line of products that comprises of cosmetics, skin care, fitness attire and related accessories. Though, inside in each type major brands do exist. The cosmetic market of U.S has observed hefty annual growth rates during the last decade. In last year only, the U.S market grew by $1 billion. The division presented clear between traditional classes is turning into blur one and new lines for products such as aromatherapy are appearing and creating new opportunities for profit (Wood, 2011).
