The Human Resource managers have enthusiastic function in the productive designing and implementation of the principles and conclusions that in melody with the enterprise changes. They should proceed as strategic partners and be proactive in their function than meagre reactive, passive spectators. The Human Resource managers should realize how far their conclusions assist to enterprise excess integrating human competency and presentation to the organization. Strategic Human Resource managers require a change in their expectation from glimpsing themselves as connection managers to strategic asset managers. A vital facet in relative to HRM is the notions of fit and flexibility (Crosby, 2010).

Role of Team Leadership

To develop collaboration, leaders assemble groups such as steering committees, working groups, task forces, or a Friday morning breakfast club. To build productive work groups that include people from diverse backgrounds, leaders must pay careful attention to recruitment, communication, empowerment, and leadership development of team members. This work requires that they draw on the understanding of self and others described under personal leadership and use it to deal with predictable tensions of collaboration around purpose, power, membership, and structure (Huxham & Vangen, 2005).

Job Recruitment and Job Design

Effective recruitment requires thinking about the needed expertise and connections that need to be represented on the team.
