As a manager I would implement all the important points as dicated by the OSHA guidelines for emplyees. OSHA is aware of this hazard but they have to increase enforcement and be able to identify the type of dust that can cause harm. “As the recent tragic loss of lives attests, combustible dust is a serious workplace hazard that demands vigilant employer adherence to OSHA safety standards (O' Shaughnessy, 26 March, 2008, Pg. 10A). OSHA currently has regulations on the type of dust that can harm an employee and they are enforcing these new regulations.
