Introduction

LIFELINE is a health and fitness club that provides a personalised background for its constituents to practise the requirements of their health and well being. It is a health club with all mod cons that suggests a variety of facilities containing experienced coaching in techniques of training, intended and beleaguered programs of training, in addition to expert recommendation covering constituencies as various as controlling body weight, diet, wellbeing and health, and standard of living.

This health club is an autonomous well-equipped fitness organisation. It provides an extensive variety of classes, training and supportive facilities for registered associates. Up till now, their stratagem has been victorious and the ambition of this fitness club is to boost the returns around 5% in this year; though with this demanding target there will be the unavoidable emergent troubles which should be prevail over.

IS and Strategy

The term "strategic alignment of IS" means first that the SI is the strategy of the company that provides individuals and business tools to implement it. The relationship between strategy and the IS would be a clear transcription, SI "drawing the consequences" of the strategy. For this to be a successful strategy must be explicit. It is more centred as differentiated to quantitative searching and majorly involves different methods of data collection. As stated earlier this paper will favour the secondary method.
