Introduction

Working and learning in teams is always advantageous and healthy, if everyone puts in the right kind of effort that is essentially required for the success of any kind of project. May it be while studying in college or university or while in professional life, working in teams is always important. A team is a group of different kind of individuals working together for a common purpose and a shared goal, but working in teams does not always guarantee success unless members of the team really work as a true team. A team insists more from every member of it in the form of collaboration and coordination. Teams are usually formed when during at any level of life, the main objectives that people look forward to achieve are so multifaceted that they will undermine an individual's effort for instance, project of the students of a college or any university and a work presentation. While working in teams, every single member together with the team design such an environment which can keep up with modification, learn more about the institute and increase skills that are required for the team. Learning is always an important part of any individual's life and teams make that learning part more interesting. This is because the skill to learn better in a more collaborative manner and then to possible come up with new innovative ideas is also the most significant skill that anyone can achieve with experience.

Discussion

When there is such an important and difficult task to achieve that it can undermine or overwhelm the efforts of an individual, good teams are always required. Every individual in those teams then combine their individual energies, resources and dedication in such activities which aim at achieving goals for the team and every individual associated with them. In any team, the success or failure depends upon every member, who is supposed to have the required skill, ability and knowledge that can let them contributing to the team. Dynamics of a team also depends upon every member of the team.

Students in any class are supposed to learn and gain more from each other than they do from lectures in their classes. In any kind of team based learning, it is important that every individual or member starts learning from each other, develops skills and then progress toward a common set of skills. The essence of any team based learning is to have appreciation for the learning requirement of others (Hills, 2001). This is because result oriented and effective teams are always those teams which are fast and more flexible when it comes to responding to the big challenges of time change. Moreover, any kind of project team is always temporary but is always with special focus.
