Learning Task

Section 1: Introduction

In this paper I am going to address the learning tasks and the topic I have selected is Anger management. Anger management learning tasks are provided and how this tasks will be executed. A detailed report is presented as follows:

Purpose of the learning tasks

There are many benefits of learning therefore it is very necessary to learn and gaining knowledge. By the definition of learning there are three major components,

First, learning reflects a potential change in behavior, which is not equivalent to achieving the same,

secondly, changes in behavior produced by the learning does not always permanent, for example, following a new experience may previously learned behavior does not recur, and,

Thirdly, changes in behavior may be due to processes other than learning, such as motivation or maturity and development, although learning encourages the development. (Giles et.al , 2006, 213-225)

Alignment of the program outcomes and learning objectives

Objective of the learning is Anger management and as nowadays it is noticed that young children and teenagers irrespective of their normal behavior gets irritated in some situations and are not able to control their anger. Main objective is that learning Anger management is very necessary to keep yourself in control and handle situations intelligently.

The outcomes are many if an individual learns to manage his/her anger properly some of the outcomes are:

The way you manage your anger and the anger of others has an impact on the outcome of your negotiations and your approach to conflict management. Managing anger constructively, you can maintain productive business relationships and your professional integrity.

Expressing your anger constructively will allow you to concentrate on negotiations on key issues. ex. ex. Anger can be expressed destructively (e.g. by shouting, blaming, attacks, etc.), or constructively (e.g. by communicating its objectives, its interests and frustration without blaming anyone whatsoever). Children who can manage their anger are and indeed grow to be better human beings. The program will thus seek to empower children to better manage their anger. Additionally the program will achieve children who can transmit the lessons learns on anger management to other children.

Required prerequisites (any prior knowledge or skills needed in order to accomplish the task)

For attending Anger Management program there are no such pre-requisites required just the main thing is that an individual should be able to note down important facts discussed during the program. They should be able to understand what instructor is trying to tell them and ask questions if they are unable to understand.

Target population & Size of the group

For this assignment we are asked to do two tasks of learning, the first learning task will accommodate either a small group (3-10) or medium group (11-50), and the second learning task will accommodate either a large group (51-100) or extra large group (101-above).

This will be our target population for the study and we will analyze the two target population differently and match the results with each other.
