Literature Review
Change management is to facilitate the acceptance of the changes induced by the implementation of a new project and reduce the release factors. The term change management has sometimes a pejorative connotation, can be advantageously replaced by the term "driving innovation". Change management is to anticipate risks, define and implement an approach for the implementation of a solution in optimal conditions (RA Paton & James, 2008). The steps of change management are generally based on the following three:
Participation: involving users early in the project, particularly to take into account their views and ensure that the final product meets their expectations;
Communication: establish a communication mechanism throughout the project to allow the company stakeholders understand and accept the changes to come, and to be informed of project progress;
Training: to ensure that users have acquired the knowledge and skills required.
The involvement and participation of people in the process is a key factor for success, change management is not limited to training and awareness.
