My leadership values

I believe in self- leadership. This refers to achieve to let people discover their own answers, propose alternative solutions to problems and trained to solve them without consultation. My leadership values strengthens my skills are coaching, motivation and creating a pleasant organizational environment. The Harvard Business Essentials describes coaching as a necessary skill for all leaders and the improvement of real will to make it easier to use and enhance the career of an individual in a company. The HBE outlines some similarities with the philosophies of companies that successfully implemented the concept of mentoring and coaching in their workplace, and states that effective coaching is to overcome performance problems, develop social skills, increase productivity, the creation of promotions partners, improve retention and promotion of a positive work culture. Self-leadership is to discover and leverage our strengths, but at the same time recognizing our weaknesses and try to change. The self-leadership is changing the essence of the different, team and organizational levels (Kilburg, 1996).

Personal vision statement

My personal vision about the merger of small and high school is positive. I believe that the independency, ideas and communication style of small school merged with opportunities and budget of high school would create new ways of development and light for students and community. The goal is to merge to achieve quality education, mentoring and quality time and finance utilization. This would make the school environment positive and healthy along with a positive and favorable approach towards making the community better.
