Leadership traits vary from profession to profession. Some people are of the belief that the basic leadership traits are the same in all the leaders. This god gifted qualities make these people stand apart from the crowd and are the main basis of an influential leader. In order to develop the generation for the upcoming years, these qualities or attributes of individuals are polished.
