Introduction

Today's leaders are not only challenged with ensuring their organizations are efficient, effective and financially solvent, but more importantly they must earn the trust and respect of their employees. Leaders must possess and demonstrate trustworthy and ethical behavior in order to perform effectively in a more socially responsible and global business environment. Leaders and their behavior are more visible and under more criticism from a much broader group of stakeholders, investors and communities of interest (Caldwell, 2010). For many of the existing evidence of the nature of leadership, the most important thing is to understand that leadership which is the process of building trust. The trust cannot be measured, or touched. It is either there or not. Trust is the main attribute of leadership. Confidence - belief in one's integrity, honesty, faith in the sincerity and good faith of anyone. In this paper we are going to discuss objectives of leaders for business decisions, and in the last we are going to evaluate ethics in academic settings.

Approaches

There are two parties who influence the decision of a company. Leaders and management have almost same approaches to decision making. The impact of these approaches is on employees, and its impact is huge. There are many situations where decisions taken by leaders are risky because the information available to take the decision is incomplete, in this type of situation it is easier for a leader to reorganize entire information and eliminate things that are not profitable to the business. Reorganization of data will take time but leaders should try to adjust and meet the needs of teams and business as quickly as he\she could. This will help when leaders know the effects of the decision considering the fact that effect has negligible risk.

There are 7 different approaches of leadership such as Charismatic, Authentic, Adaptive, Strategic, Transformational, Servant, and Dynamical. While management has three major approaches such as active listening role, cultivating role, and steering role (Martineau, 2004). All these approaches have a different impact on the decision making of a company and their impact on employees like for example, in charismatic leadership decisions are made with consulting their teams and sometimes this type of leadership demotivates employees because they don't feel respective and empowered.

Responsibility of a manager is not only to direct activity of daily operations, but their responsibility is much more than this, it is very important for a manager to be a leader. It is very important for a manager to know how to use different power forms to influence his/her team members, in this way manager can achieve success.
