In the debate of international aid, the Office of Development provides evidence for the issues of aid effectiveness. The Office of Development is also responsible for the development of aid programs that would overcome the issues and peculiarities of the existing ones and make sure aid is distributed in a seamless manner. The Office of Development has been actively involved in programs such as USAID and has been helping in the development of seamless distribution of aid to beneficiaries.
