Introduction

Everyone wants to be a good leader, but there are some good qualities and capabilities which are required to be a good leader. Leadership traits are defined as different characteristics should possess by a person in order to be a good leader. These characteristics include good communication, persuasive, motivation, interpersonal, decision making, leading and problem solving skills. A leader should also have some charismatic skills in order to attract other individuals. A leader should adopt authoritarian management style and should have a complete control over his subordinates (Bennis & Goldsmith, 2003).
