Introduction

"Leadership is interpersonal influence exercised in a situation, aimed at achieving one or several specific objectives through the process of human communication." Leadership is a social phenomenon that occurs exclusively in social groups, must be analyzed in terms of interpersonal relationships in a particular social structure rather than examining a series of individual characteristics. Leadership is needed in all types of organization management. It is essential because the administrator needs to know the human motivation and leading people to know, that is, be a leader. Therefore, the following research is conducted to analyze the leadership styles, theories and models, traits and influences that it exerts on the individuals.

Leadership style in traditional leadership theory means how you relate to subordinates. They are the most common standard forms or classified in chronological order according to their historic appearance, and directly related to the approaches or theories of leadership. The following are the most popular styles of leadership.

Authoritarian Leadership

An authoritarian style of leadership is characterized by the fact that the manager has the sole scepter in his hand. With the leadership thought that all the threads come together at one point, directs and delegates here, all but one after another top-down principle.
