Contingency Theories: Contingency theories of leadership highlight on those specific variables which are related to the surroundings depending upon what will be the most suitable for a particular situation. As per to this theory of leadership, there is no leadership style which will be the best one to deal with every sort of situation. It states that success depends upon a variety of variables, which include the leadership style, attributes of the followers and the situation itself.
