Abstract

The paper is about leadership styles. Leadership also means to organize and mentor one group of people so that they can work together to achieve organizational goals and objectives. In this paper two most famous leaders barrack Obama and Donald trump has been taken into account and compared their leadership styles. Barrack Obama is the first American African president of United States. He has various leadership qualities and styles such as he has transformational leadership, cross cultural, strategic and contingency leadership. On the other hand, Donald trump is one of the most famous business man and also a popular TV show host. He has proved himself and posses qualities such as contingency, transformational and strategic leadership.Leadership styles

Leadership is referred to as the systematic process of social influence in which one individual can assist and support other in order to achieve one common objective and goal. Leadership also means to organize and mentor one group of people so that they can work together to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Many theorists have established various theories of leadership which involves traits, situational interaction, function, attitude, vision and authority among others.

He is the first African American to hold the presidential position in the American office.
