Introduction

The debate of nature vs. nurture is one of the aged concerns in different fields of education. These fields include nursing, medical, or psychology etc. This debate of nature or nurture focuses on the comparative involvements and roles of genetic heritage and the environmental factors. These factors play a significant role in the development of the human beings. Many philosophers like the Descartes and Plato proposed that several things are inborn in the humans. They suggested that these things occur naturally not considering the environmental influences (Angoff, 1988).
