After doctors, nurses are the most important people in the hospital. They are responsible for looking after the patients and treating them. For the same purpose, they should be able to develop leadership skills in them because there are times when they have to take decision themselves because there is no doctor available. They should have the skills that are required for being an outstanding leader.
