Part A: Personal Work Experience

The capacity to become a leader is present among all individuals, but each person has a basic skill that can improve through training or practice. The difference between a leader and a manager is that the manager is one who directs others in the pursuit of ends by means of use selected by third party. Leaders are the one who idealize design and begins with an assumption that the relevant institution and organisation they work in need a replacement of views and generation of modernist ideologies.

Basically, effective leaders, in addition, to have strong personal, qualities they need to organized goals and vision, have the ability to be responsible for implementation of the goals, and the ability to inspire confidence in followers, energy and work together so that organisational goals can be achieved. The inefficient transformational leadership is generally based on extreme leadership behaviour on leadership and insisted on control, carries a strong sense of the ruling authority of others, for leadership, organisation and followers, may lead to unhealthy, the development of unprincipled and even dangerous results. Within the organisation leadership for organisational development will affect the outcome of many forms, the allocation of resources from the organisation itself to a comprehensive restructuring of the organisation, regardless of if the transformational leader of organisational efficiency, effectiveness and possible impact of followers, bent, and his rights may eventually destroy itself, which in modern governance and organisational development process, of particular concern.

The world is changing, and management is changing with it. As leader of a team or organisation, one must have to cope with any sort of changes, despite having years of experience. The ideas that were not even dreamed a few years ago are now an integral part of the organisations. I consider one of my core leadership skills to be my ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in written form. One of the leadership theories which I have learned through my work experience is the transformational leadership.

Transformational leadership is about applying new ideas. These leaders constantly change, stay flexible and adaptable, and constantly advance those round them. Transformational leadership is a method that motivates persons by appealing to higher ideals and lesson standards, characterising and articulating a dream of the future, and forming groundwork of credibility. Transformational leaders focus new possibilities have a stimulating dream of the future. Transformational leaders manifest passionate inspiration and clearly form befitting behaviours. The aim is change, which raises the associations to new heights. To come to the aim, associations should obtain new power and dream from their leaders.
