Leadership and Management of Higher Education in emerging Economy

Introduction

The management education provides a set of principles and process ideas that lead to a better ability to take administrative decisions. The people who receive management education have a better understanding of trade, and thus have an increased accuracy in the way of dealing with problems, and lead them to the global business environment realism. The management education develops more intelligent and creative thinking in the future management professionals. The management education trains people with a better quality of reflection, which, in addition to contribute to that are best professionals, as well as responsible citizens in their relationship with each other and with the community. These people are usually more tolerant, and generate a better coexistence with individuals. This will be highly useful for the development of the Middle East region over the next ten years (Wilson, 2002).

The conditions of management education are not satisfactory in most of the pScience of Middle East, despite the strong campaigns against illiteracy. Advance level and high standard education of management and administrative Science in Middle East will provide the foundations for a better future and more stable and self-reliant economy. Management education is one of the fundamental pillars for the development of any country, both socially and economically. The countries of the Middle East witnessing significant progress in reforming their educational systems in order to increase enrolment rates in the management studies programmes. However, these achievements are still less than those of other countries that have the same levels of economic development (Henry et al., 2001).

The advancement in the management education in the Middle East will also result in the considerable positive changes in the political decisions of the region. More literate, skilled and professional management will result in the better decisions, such decisions that will be more helpful to stabilize the economy of the region. As discussed earlier, the main issue for the stable countries of the Middle East is that their most of their management is non-native. The non-native management is never conscious about the real development of the region. The focus on the management education will result in the more and efficient administrative professionals, who will definitely provide the region with the benefit of native management and administrative professionals, who will be more focussed and dedicated for the development, growth and stability of the region (Gaad, 2011).

The field "education" of emerging economies presents a critical condition. Placed at the prospect of creating 80 million additional seats for school children, the issue presents itself to be a difficult task, especially since it is still necessary to improve the quality of education. Huge efforts are to be maden in emerging economies around the world, to try to counter the problems and meet these challenges in the context of collaboration.
