Introduction

This paper would be discussing the leadership of qualities of General Colin Powell of United States of America. In this paper, a brief history would be given about his life and his tenure in the army and in the government.

Colin Powell, son of Jamaican immigrants, was born in Harlem in the year 1937. Powell got his education from a public school system and then went to City College of New York (CCNY).
