Introduction

One of the great emperors in the history of military leadership there come the name of Napoleon Bonaparte. He did a get job in revamping the traced lines on the map of Europe, and developed a government. Napoleon put forward some constitutional reforms which lead to a successful government, but the French downfall occurs due to the fact that lots of battles are fought in a row. Napoleon had undergone many difficulties during his early life; he succeeded in changing the view from the rulers sport to the patriotism. Similarly in his life he has been fortunate, and succeeded in developing and creating several reforms that encompasses reforms like political, educational reforms in France (Weber, 1990). There were not many people, who had such a significance as Napoleon had, people use to consider Napoleon as one of the most influential and most courageous leader of that era, due to his skill of inspiring and persuading the folks and the mob, he had that edges over other leaders and ruler who were there in that similar era, during his tenure. He was an autocratic leader and dictated the terms which brought modern reforms to the French empire. He was ruthless and tactical at the same time. His impolite behavior made the marshals carry his orders but unfortunately, did not make them how to act themselves. This caused various disastrous including the Waterloo and Napoleonic wars.

Early Life and Family

The great Napoleon was born on 15th August, 1769 in Ajaccio. He was at the fourth number in the Bonaparte family. As a young boy Napoleon started his education in the same country he born. He was very interested to fit in military, thus in 1779 he joined military school for aristocrats when he was just 10 years old. Later in life he shifted to another military school to the college of Brianne. The main reason of this transfer was that Napoleon mocked by some students at the school due to the fact that Napoleon background was of low social standard. People use to call him with the name of corporal, because he was small in height. Napoleon received exceptional education despite all the harassment, and mocking. Later, when his father died, napoleon took the responsibility of the home (Weber, 1990).

In 1785, Napoleon received the tile of second lieutenant, and in 1807 he became a part in supporting the forces of a leader of Corsica Pasquale Paoli. Unfortunately, Napoleon got the backfire by Pasquale Paoli, when he succeeded he stood against Napoleon and his family, and forced them to return back to their home in France. When Napoleon returned from Corsica, he had earned a reputable name for himself in defeating the British at Toulon and regains the territory for France. Napoleon then decided to join the army finally. During that time, the French revolution, which was a movement to overthrow King Louis, had begun (Robert, 2002).
