Introduction

This is a case of Domestic Violence, It focus on extra consumption of alcohol caught by Officer Nixon as He did not catch the accuser red handed, but all the proof are saying that that person is guilty. In accordance to law Officer Nixon cannot arrest him as to arrest someone for a misdemeanor charge of driving while, under the influence, the police must observe the individual driving the vehicle.
