The term class-based society derives that people in a community are being divided into upper, upper-middle, middle, lower-middle and the working class. In these classes there are rich and poor equally divided in each category according to their level of income. The class of a particular category can be seen according to their expenditure over their needs and wants because Marx has highlighted the class based society more precisely. While Maine & Durkheim and Martha Minow & Todd Rakoff, have focused over multiculturalism and feminism in a society.
