Knowledge is one of the most important asset for everyone. We all want to acquire the treasure of the knowledge and for this we have to go through from plenty of experiences, training, and learning activities. Main issues we have to face when we need to solve the problems and wants to explore the opportunities. The knowledge for doing the activities, solving problems, and for exploring the opportunities can be taken place just because of the knowing or because of the knowledge, we can succeed in the happenings in our lives (Sense, 2005).

Knowledge management is the term which basically considered being slippery components. We have to understand the knowledge and on the other part of the term is management is also need to be understand. In a very simplest or in lay men language the knowledge is the information which an individual acquired for doing the things done. Moreover we can further understand the knowledge may be appropriate or inappropriate. If practically understand whatever we are writing just because of the understanding the content or literature related to this topic. And after getting the knowledge on it we are able to write it down by our heads, on the other hand for managing we can visualize the about the need and make the proper management accordingly (McElroy, 2000).

Understandings of knowledge Management

Information and knowledge or the arrangement of the data which give the meaningful patterns, basically not considered to be the synonymous. Whereas the information is a kind of knowledge, has its value which extracted from the context. For instance taking the references as (Davenport, 1998), knowledge is the process in which information transform and then reached at the position to be considered as knowledge, like connections and thinking of the consequences, and also the conversational engagement with others.

Knowledge is the process which involves the individual and group of people, for getting the information, awareness, experiences, or situation and facts after that and some scholar say that knowledge can be justified true belief. In other simple words we can describe the knowledge such as one size fits all, know-how, ready to use, applied action are some of the prescription for the knowledge management. Or the most easies and simplest approach by copying the practices which was used by the other one, but keeping in this in a mind that this approach could bring the some inappropriate results which we do not really want to face or experience. Since if we have a sound strategy, the practices for knowledge management should be considered to link with our ways of working, assets, goals, missions, mandate, needs, and also our values. Moreover, for understanding all of these factors must need to meet with the strategies of knowledge management (Grant, 1996).
