Introduction

The basic purpose of this paper is to critically analyze and evaluate Supreme Court decision and research studies. This critical evaluation helps us to understand exactly what happened during the research or Supreme Court case. It is not necessary that evaluation can only be done in case of research studies and Supreme Court decisions. An individual can analyze any object to accomplish his objective to lead to a specific destination. The most difficult task for individuals is considered to be evaluating any research or program. Evaluation is considered to be a task with various challenges and could be an anxiety driven event for individuals. In spite of the many challenges of evaluation, a well designed and well executed evaluation could outweigh the challenges of evaluation. In this paper, an evaluation is provided on two research studies related to the decisions of the jury involved in these cases.

COMPELLED MENTAL HEALTH EXAMINATIONS, LIABILITY DECISIONS, AND DAMAGE AWARDS IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES

This is the first research study that was selected for evaluating. The core idea of this research study is to point out the issues that the jury experiences in order to make a suitable decision in sexual harassment cases. It is noticed that most of the sexual harassment cases are quite difficult. The jury members face difficulties in making decisions about sexual harassment. The reason for this difficulty is that sexual harassment victims want them to be compensated for the misconduct and pain they experienced, but the law constitutes the conduct of sexual harassment vague and there is very less evidence of the misconduct left behind in such cases.
