Introduction

Educational institutions play a very vital role in molding the way in which the students perform. Moreover, they also groom the child with respect to its educational and behavioral abilities. Children join schools at a very young age and spend half of their day at school. Therefore, it is more important for the schools especially those who have enrolled students in the primary level to provide the best facilities to the students. This is important because the students learn that their school teaches them. In this paper, I have interviewed the school administrator, Susan Vicotria, who is the administrative officer at a school. The paper also includes a personal reflection summary regarding what has been learned from the interview.

What are the problems facing educators?

Some of the problems of education are quite obvious. Clearly, every teacher is concerned with planning and directing the activities of students deciding what to do, how to nacerse and by whom. One such problem is often mentioned as the problem the curriculum decide what should be taught, when it should be designed, what kind of experience are desirable, how should these experiences take place, and so on. And each of these decisions involves many other problems. We give these illustrations to point out the fact that preparation for good teaching involves familiarity with many important issues as well, of course, referring to knowledge of the subject field in which one will work (Aderinto, 1987). The statement "We are teaching boys and girls, not subjects" has become trivial, but it has real importance to an understanding teacher.

What are the prerequisites for good educators?

They think it is desirable to bear in mind that being proud of one as good teachers is the most important problems that the teacher must understand if one wants to succeed in their teaching.

The following is an outline of the kind of problems one encounters as a teacher:

Issues concerning students as individuals and personalities.

Issues concerning the nature and importance of the learning experience.

Problems relating to the nature and importance of learning adaptations or results of different kinds of experience.

Issues concerning the needs of youth and adults.

Issues concerning the development of a curriculum to address those needs.

Issues concerning the planning, selection, management and evaluation of educational experiences in the classroom

Issues regarding work motivation and guidance of students

Issues concerning classroom management and activities correlated.

Issues concerning administrative obligations and activities outside the classroom.

Issues concerning the relationship between school and community, affecting all teachers.

What are the different problems facing educators?

First, there are many ways students differ from each other with a high degree which is determined by the experience they need in learning. Students prefer hereditary skills and abilities and skills gained due to the preparation and experience in the media in which they used to live.
