My work does not give meaning to me. Because it involves various type of material tasks which are not meant to set for my life. What I believe of meaning of life relating to work is the perfect fit between the skills of worker and the nature of job he/she is doing.

My work enables me to use my skills. Since these are the sets of skills which really can be take into the account to relate with level of task difficulty, which ultimately recognizes the potential to do that particular task.

I am not aware of what is meaningful to me. I usually think of these questions but cannot find the answer till now.

I feel responsible for me own growth, that's really true almost for every employee working in any organization. Because there are huge opportunities available to avail and show others the sense of self achievement in the organization
