As per my occupation, I am working as a nurse of community mental health. Here, I will highlight one of my personal experiences by the help of GIBB's model of reflection. I will draw attention to my learning and maturity which I achieved during this practice. I will replicate on this event that how it fabricate me as an effective make efficient to achieve my desired carry out. Rationale of Choosing Gibbs Model
The purpose behind the selection of reflective model (i.e. Gibbs reflective model 1998) is the reason that it is a reflective module with six special phases that help out in explanation of the event comprehensively, its enlargement and consequences. Description of Incidence
The patient, named as John was well-known to the services of mental health for couple of years and was agreeing to the cure. He was being assessed by the physicians in the department of out-patients on regular basis, by me and a co-working nurse.
