Internet marketing can simply be defined as the act of marketing the products or services over the internet. This marketing strategy has got wide popularity among the marketing techniques, over the past few years with the advancements in information and communication technologies. The executives consider internet marketing as the most successful marketing techniques, due to the fact that internet has become a part of nearly everyone's daily life. The internet marketing does not only include putting advertisements on the websites, but also include marketing through the emails and other wireless media. Internet marketing involves the combination of marketing concepts and the internet technologies. Also, includes the information technologies such as web development, management, and databases (Charlesworth, 2009).

The concept of outsourcing helps the companies in executing internet marketing process efficiently. The companies don't have to develop all features of their online marketing website themselves, but they can always outsource some or most of the features to the vendors. For example, most of the companies don't develop the back office features such as credit card transactions, shopping cart or check out themselves, but these features are taken from the vendor (Applegate, 2009).

With the rapid growth of information technology and cyber space over the past few years, the E-commerce has introduced and gained popularity in various business organizations. Nowadays, most organizations rely on their dynamic and attractive websites for selling their products. For serving the purpose of effective sales, organizations utilize the effective online media marketing techniques.
