There is a glimpse of the wealth of novel concepts, rethinking of the current concept of teaching and how to do it. Teaching and education should enable the students, teachers and parents to get the benefit from the contribution of innovative technologies in education; contribute in school is the better use of Internet as a teaching tool.

Certainly the use of the internet is increasing in today's society. It is undoubtedly the most modern technology of the twentieth century to provide and promote a constant exchange of worldwide information. This technological advancement has created a new vision of society because they have eliminated the barriers of time and space between men, because now the communication between them is immediate and instantaneous. Internet is just a computer network containing a large group of information resources which has millions of users today. Internet is also known as the information highway. The most used Internet services are email and the Web, although there are now many applications. An important aspect to highlight is that the Internet is a network that does not belong to any person, organization, company or government and thus is the heritage of humanity (Simon, 2001).

In fact, Internet is providing new ways to perceive, see and think about the global world which is ubiquitous. Hypertext information is not linear as we used, regardless of the globe where it is located. It also provides new a possibility for that by their remoteness to the centers of their education was not impossible is impossible. The aim is a short approach to the World Wide Web (Internet), showing the operation and usefulness of tools increasingly common use, as well as more efficient performance of the available means and resources that lead to enhance collaboration, interaction, search and exchange of information. It increased the opportunities and enrichment in the educational processes. This usually develops in the classroom, and by facilitating an informal way of learning. It becomes more open to the outside world.
