Internationalization Process of Apple Inc

Introduction

The expansion of the business in the international markets has become very important for most of the companies. However, only those firms should opt for the international expansion of their businesses which have proper resources and competencies. The products of apple have such distinct qualities and features that it is very difficult for the competitors to meet their techniques. Every electronic device that the apple produces is very unique and different which can be used throughout the world. Similarly, every product is entirely different from its competitor. The focus of Apple is on maintaining the relevance and quality rather than increasing the quantity of its products.

Apple Inc. (Apple) was incorporated in 1977 in Cupertino, California. It is involved in the design, manufacturing and marketing of media devices and mobile communications; similarly, it deals in portable digital music players, personal computers and sells a variety of related services, software's, networking solutions, peripherals and third party digital applications and content. The products and services provided by the company include ipad, Mac,i phone, Apple TV, I Cloud and a portfolio of professional and consumer applications, the OSX and iOS operating systems. Furthermore, the company is also involved in the sell and delivery of digital application and contents through its iTunes store, Mac App store, App store and iBook store.

They also take the services of the retailers, wholesalers; value added sellers and third-party cellular network carriers. In February 2012, app search engine Chomp was acquired by apple. Similarly, in order to map applications for the smart phones Apple acquired Silicon Valley startup, WiFiSlam in March, 2013.
