Introduction

This essay is divided into four parts. The first part is relevant to the bottom of the deviation, including the significance of the deviation, the standard deviation justified and unjustifiable. The second part is the evolution of the deviation in the eye of the English court. In this part, the deviation is divided into two periods: the first is the traditional view of the deviation, which names the doctrine of rule of law, while the second is the standard modified by that name building the contract (production Ltd. v Securicor photo Transport Ltd. case). Background of Deviation
