There are various political trends faced by state systems that encourage various non-democratic policies that do not support the line of democracies. There are many types of authoritarian rules and regimes out of which dictatorship is also a byproduct of it. The primary truth behind it is that they are unpredictable the people of the country can face worst and brutal rules. The number of political prisoners' rises that was well experienced in Uruguay.
