Introduction

Intercultural refers to the linkage or connecting or representation of diverse cultural. In order words, it concern with the involvement between two or more traditions or ethnicity. This intercultural can be between. This intercultural can be responsiveness to capture and recognize the interaction among the people coming from foreign cultures. Intercultural awareness is important for a pupil as it will help them to enhance their confidence, provide awareness and reorganization of the individual culture along with the others cultures. In UK, there are individuals that coming from diverse ethnic groups exit. Along with the migration from northern European, other assemblage that includes British Jews also resides in the UK. This ethnic diversity should be improved as the inclusion which means “change” will help in promoting the intercultural awareness among children and in the classroom.

Discussion

The developed societies have enough of funds for their members to maintain a higher level of economic wealth and political precautions. The issue which arises is promoting the ethnic diversity or demoralize capacity development. It has been an assumption, that there will be a slow movement in the process of the development towards the ethnic diversity, however, later stage, it may encourage it. In order to identify the dynamics that promote the intercultural awareness and their improvement in the inclusion of the ethnic diversity, for that purpose there are certain sociological theories that apply to the situation. The symbolic interactionist perspective, this considers the attachment of meaning to the symbols by individual and subsequently they perform according to their subjective interpretation of these symbols. Conversation is an interaction of symbols between individuals who continually interpret the world around them (Coelho, E., 1998, 25). This theory primarily focuses on the symbolic conversation and face to face interaction. Along with this, functionalist perspective focus on the society that assumed to be attached by the communal harmony, or consistency that means the agreement for working together for the benefit of the society as a whole. This theory analysis is based on the macro level. The final theory, that talks about the negativity and the nature of society. This theory analysis is also based on the macro level. The focus particularly on the students of the UK, their perception on the cultural diversity related to the environment of the teaching that interconnects the academic with the aim of awareness in promoting the students regarding the differences in the cultural. The symbolic interaction perspectives talk about the symbols on which the individual interpret the world. Children in the classroom create social relationships on the daily basis in order to endure and construct an enjoyable life. Moreover, the interaction with others and retort with others and entering into a life with others. These relationships are made in small groups with the institutions. Here, the issues concentrated on socialization, self- development, meaning and symbols interpretations, socially action and socially interaction, relationship with gender and emotion related to children (Rosemary, 2002, 25).
